Video - Selecting the Right Adsense Colors

Well the title says it all. When I watched this video it seemed more like Color Optimization for Dummies sort of thing. Great Video, to be really honest when I started watching this video I thought that how can he make such a long video on a topic as simple as "Optimizing the color of your Adsense ads". But I have to admit the way Joel has put across things in this video is more driving then those 100 articles that I have read on optimizing colors.
